NTI – Server Room Environment Monitoring System

The ENVIROMUX Server Environment Monitoring System monitors critical environment conditions, such as Temperature, Humidity, Liquid / Water presence, Motion, Intrusion, Power outages, smoke, Human error and Vibration. When a sensor goes out of range of a configurable threshold, the system will notify you via email, LEDs, Alarm Beacon, Siren, Web page, Network Management (SNMP), Voice Calls (via Automatic Voice Dialer System), and SMS messages (via external GSM modem).

NTI’s Environment Monitoring System Intuitive graphical management software provides an easy-to-use, unified interface for both monitoring and configuring up to 3,000 ENVIROMUX- 2D/5D/16D, units and all connected sensors via Ethernet. By the installation of this software, all the individual system installed in a single LAN can be brought to a central monitoring station to monitor critical events and able to access the individual units as and when required.

Flame detection is the technology for detecting flames, using a flame detector. A flame detector is a Sensor designed to detect and respond to the presence of a flame or fire. It responses to a detected flame depend on the installation, but can include sounding an alarm, deactivating a fuel line such as LPG, Propane or Natural gas and activating a fire suppression system. A flame detector can often respond faster and more accurately than a smoke or heat detector due to the mechanisms it uses to detect the flame

ZETA – Gas Detection System

A volume of any gas, at the same temperature and pressure, contains the same number of molecules. It is for this reason that gases are conventionally measured in Volume, in particular, the percentage (%Volume) is used for high concentrations and the part-per-million (ppm V) for low concentrations. Even if gases are different in density, there are no separate layers during the expansion. Heavy gases go downward and light gases go upward in a smooth way. Gases mainly divide in three categories: Flammable gases, Toxic gases and Inert gases.

Zeta Alarm Systems have developed the Gas Sense range of gas detectors for all flammable, Toxic and inert gases. The system consists of gas detectors installed in the area to be monitored and each one connected to a remote control panel. A fixed gas detection system should be installed to monitor areas where gases may accidentally accumulate creating hazardous conditions.This innovative detector can run as a self-contained standalone detector, or it can be linked to a central monitoring panel.

ASHLOK – Pipe in Pipe Safe Earthing Electrode

Traditional/Conventional Earthing

One Conductor pipe of particular diameter inserted in pit. Copper plate attached to the conductor. Salt and charcoal filled around it as backfill material. The conductor is in direct contact with salt & charcoal and thus it is corrosive.

The salt poured in pit dissolves in water and gets deposited on the conductor and starts severe corrosion. The pipe is cut after some time and earthing is ineffective. The earth resistance value is very high and fluctuating. The earth resistance value increases heavily with time. The earth resistivity fluctuates with seasonal changes. Regular watering, recharging etc required. Periodical maintenance required and not regularly carried out. Low impedance value. Unable to withstand high fluctuations

SAFE EARTHING ELECTRODE

Safe Earthing Electrode (SEE) serves the purpose effectively. There are two pipes of different diameters. The smaller dia. pipe is inside the bigger dia. pipe and the annular space between the two pipes is filled with a special conductive compound, which avoids and resists the corrosion. The earth electrode is hot dip galvanized to enhance the life of the earth electrode particularly the outer shell which is susceptible to corrosion (depends on the soil conditions). Only the inner shell main electrode is protected by anti-corrosive compound. As the outer shell of Earthing Electrode is not perforated, there is no need of providing a funnel on top of the Electrode. Here the water is poured around the outer pipe, not inside the Electrode as is done in conventional Pipe Earthing.

ONSET data logging enable you in getting accurate and reliable data from different source and to track the data continuously by data loggers, external sensors, software and accessories etc. The four main types of data loggers are stand-alone data loggers, web-based data logging systems, wireless data nodes, and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) data loggers.

Data logger is an electronic instrument that records measurements at set intervals over a period of time. Depending on the particular data logger, measurements can include: air temperature, relative humidity, AC/DC current and voltage, differential pressure, time-of-use (lights, motors, etc.), light intensity, water temperature, water level, dissolved oxygen, soil moisture, rainfall, wind speed and direction, leaf wetness, pulse signals, room occupancy, plug load, and many more.

They can be deployed indoors, outdoors, and underwater, and can record data for up to months at a time, unattended. A data logger may be a single unit, stand-alone device with internal sensors, which fits in the palm of a hand, or it may be a multi-channel data collection instrument equipped with one or more external sensors. Data loggers are used in a broad range of indoor, outdoor, under water and temperature controlled environments.
